Stonebridge Hillside Hub
The Stonebridge Hillside Hub has a pivotal role in the masterplan for the Stonebridge Estate, now in its final phase. Two 'wings', one accommodating a Primary Care Trust and the other a retail unit, are fused together by a central community facility. Each wing is topped with mixed tenure residential units clad in larch timber. Remainder of the estate, accessible for viewing, includes an Alsop nursery, sports centre, new social housing and open spaces.
